We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Silver Creek Villa. The house was a perfect size for 6 of us and the playroom was a huge hit with my 7 and 4 year olds. The addition of dressing up outfits is great and they were often used! My husband and father in law enjoyed the pool table too! The outside space and the pool area is just heaven and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai and watching the visiting cranes most mornings. The location is great for the parks and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. We hope to return in the future.

We have stayed in Silver Creek Villa previously and were there again this May. We love the villa, it is really wonderful. It has everything we could possibly need, is homely and welcoming, and in a great location. We love seeing and hearing the local wildlife in the conservation area behind the villa whilst sunbathing, being in the pool/spa or sitting at the table and chairs under the lanai-sheer bliss. Other plus factors for us are the George Foreman Bbq (it cooks steaks to perfection!), the pool table in the games room (our sons really loved that and so did their dad!), the welcome pack and the kindness/helpfulness of Paul and Mary Lawson who own the villa and Gary and Graham who own Lyver Management Services. A very big thank you to you all for making our stay at Silver Creek such a wonderful happy one. :-)

Silvercreek Villa is a great place to stay during your Florida holiday. The villa is fully equipped and has all the facilities you would need both inside and outside. The villa location is ideal for visiting the theme parks etc., It's easily accessable to the 192 (Irlow Bronson Highway) where you will find a huge variety of restaurants, supermarkets plus miscellaneous top brand outlet shops.

We had a wonderful two weeks stay in your villa. The children loved the pool, games room and our 2 year old especially loved the playroom with it's dressing up outfits, toys and books. The villa's location is superb - in a quiet setting but near lots of the reastaurants and supermarkets on US27 and US192. Also a nice little play area almost opposite the house for the resident kids.

What a great place! Definitely the place to be if you have children. The playroom was amazing. I mean they have thought of everything. We have 3 boys aged 4, 2 and 9 months and there were toys for all ages including ride along toys and walkers for the infant. The baby monitor was great. Very useful when you're lounging by the pool. The house is located directly across from the playground. It is a large home, great for two families. The pool is large and great for tanning. The location of the villa is great. It's close to Wal Mart, Winn Dixie and 20 minutes from Disney. Even though the house is close to many things it is off the main route and doesn't back onto anything so it is quiet. This is our second time at the Villa. We love it there having the pool/jacuzzi/kitchen and playroom at our fingertips is perfect for our family. The villa is essentially brand new. From the first visit to the second it seems to have gotten better with the few suttle but noticable additions. More kids toys, welcome basket, meeting with managing company to learn how to run the house. The value is outstanding for a large family of 6 I could not beat the price. Will come again soon.

Just a short note to say how much we enjoyed using your Florida home for our vacation. The villa was pristine, really comfortable and equipped magnificently, my wife, children and my grand children really enjoyed themselves. I’m an early morning person and sitting by the pool getting my caffeine fix and watching the cranes and other birds’ right in front me was really very nice, not to mention a gin and tonic relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. We were blessed by fantastic weather the whole period with temperatures in the mid 80’s most days. We checked in and out with your management company and they were very friendly and helpful. Normally websites with photographs often exaggerate and enhance expectations, in the case of your Florida home I found the reverse to be true….your photographs do not do it justice. Allied to all of the above, once again thank you for the use of your home in Florida and when you start taking bookings for next year please let us know as my grand kids have decided I should treat them again, which doesn’t actually worry me as I also had a great vacation.
