The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool heat is optional and is charged at $105/£63 per week if requested at the time of booking. Spa heat is an additional $35/£21 per week. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of $120/£80. For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A credit card swipe is taken as a security deposit on arrival by our management company.
