A safety fence around the pool ensures the utmost protection for your family
Subtle underwater lighting gives the pool and surrounding area a romantic and calming effect on those long, balmy, Floridian evenings
The decking around the pool is the full width of the house and comes with cushioned sunbeds and reclining chairs
Under the shaded Lanai there is an electric BBQ and a dining area where you can eat in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy a glass of your favourite wine

To provide our Clients with a further level of luxury, we have refurbished the garage into a fully air conditioned Games Room. The room has enhanced lighting, overhead fan and has been decorated throughout to create a sporting atmosphere.

Highspeed internet access with WiFi (wireless) connectivity is provided to allow you to access the web and read your email from your laptop computer.
